When you request a quote or call us we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), the property address or city, whether the job is residential or commercial, and the details and timing of the work you need.
Like most websites, our servers and our security provider (Cloudflare) automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and automated abuse.
Phone calls
Calls to our business line are answered by our intake line and may be recorded and transcribed so that the details of your job reach the right person accurately. Recordings are used only to respond to your request and to improve service quality.
How we use it
